We are pumped to announce that next-day credit card payments are officially here when processed by QuickBooks Payments!
All of our QuickBooks Online clients will now have their money deposited in the bank the next business day after a qualifying credit or debit card transaction. No extra fees. No extra waiting.
How it works: Simply accept credit or debit card transactions as usual through QuickBooks Online. In most cases, funds are deposited the next business day. If payment goes through after 5PM CST, the deposit will appear one business day later.
To review your deposits:
- In QuickBooks Online, select “Sales” or “Invoicing” from the left hand navigation
- Select the “Deposits” tab along the top
Coming soon: At QuickBooks Connect this past November we were told next-day ACH deposits will be coming shortly after next-day credit card payments. Stay tuned!
